Latinum HR Solutions is currently seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager for one of their clients based in Dubai. This role is pivotal for organizations in the UAE looking to scale their technology operations while ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient IT service delivery within enterprise environments. The candidate will be at the forefront of managing critical IT operations and infrastructure for a growing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT service delivery and support operations, ensuring high service quality and strict compliance with SLAs. Key duties include leading service improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, coordinating with various technical teams (infrastructure, application, and support), and overseeing vendor relationships. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 24,000 to 32,000.

Key Requirements
Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and support operations.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service quality standards.
Lead service improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Manage third-party service providers and vendor relationships.
Possession of 7–12 years of professional experience in IT service management.
Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service operations.
Proven ability to lead large support teams in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
