FACILITIES SUPERVISOR @ LAKE CEMENT LTD.
LAKE CEMENT LTD. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our facilities. This role involves active supervision of cleaning, gardening, and landscaping activities, ensuring a well-maintained and compliant environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in staff management, enforcing HSE regulations, and controlling inventory.
Key responsibilities include hands-on supervision, managing and motivating facility staff, implementing and monitoring HSE standards, and meticulously tracking facility-related inventory. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of ensuring that all facility operations run smoothly and meet company standards. You will be instrumental in contributing to a safe, clean, and productive working environment for all employees.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Management or Horticulture
Proven experience in cleaning supervision
Experience in gardening or horticulture management
Demonstrable experience in general facilities management
Proficiency in landscaping techniques and maintenance
Strong understanding and adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance standards
Ability to effectively supervise and manage a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Basic computer literacy for reporting and record-keeping
Ability to manage staff performance and development
Competence in inventory control and management of facility supplies
Skill in generating comprehensive reports on facility operations
