KWM Motors (Tanzania) Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Operator to join our PR & Branding department at our Head Office in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing high-quality visual and written content across our various social media platforms to strengthen our brand presence and engage with our target audience.
In this role, you will be expected to stay ahead of digital trends, manage comprehensive content calendars, and monitor the performance of our campaigns to ensure optimal reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who can translate the KWM Motors brand voice into compelling marketing assets that resonate with our customers in Tanzania and beyond.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Operator, Content Creator or Content Writer.
Strong creativity, attention to detail and communication skills.
Good command of English and Swahili, both spoken and written.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Experience in branding, digital marketing, communications or journalism.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of social media performance monitoring and content-management tools.
Strong understanding of visual design principles for social media.
Proficiency in basic photo and video editing software.
Analytical mindset for evaluating audience engagement metrics.
