Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of tyre sales experience
Strong customer and dealer network in Mwanza
Excellent channel development and relationship management skills
Experience in credit management and collections
Must be a resident of Mwanza
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Proficiency in sales reporting and analysis
