SALES EXECUTIVE TOURISM & HOSPITALITY @ KWAYDATIVA
Kwaydativa is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Tourism & Hospitality to join our team. This role involves generating and converting leads from a diverse range of clients including tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a robust portfolio of key accounts across both East African and international markets, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly, ideally within 2 hours.
Key responsibilities also include delivering polished, customized quotations and confidently closing bookings. The Sales Executive will represent the company at various trade fairs, FAM trips, and roadshows, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining lasting relationships with safari guides, operators, and travel agencies, particularly within Tanzania's Northern Circuit.

Key Requirements
2-4 years of proven lodge or safari sales experience in Tanzania / East Africa.
Existing network of tour operators or travel agents, a strong advantage.
Excellent professional English, written and spoken, with polished and error-free client communication.
Fluent Kiswahili; French/Spanish/German or Chinese language skills are a bonus.
Target-driven with iron-discipline follow-up habits.
Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within East Africa for client visits and trade fairs.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
Experience in managing and growing key accounts.
Strong ability to build lasting professional relationships.
