KwayDativa is currently hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in the FMCG industry, located in Mwanza. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, fostering a culture of performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations and disciplinary processes, and ensuring full compliance with Tanzanian labor laws. We are looking for a proactive professional who can support management in staff development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, HR systems).
Proven skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
Experience in managing performance appraisals.
Ability to guide supervisors and line managers effectively.
