Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Chef / Head Chef
Strong kitchen management skills
Experience in hospitality/restaurant industry
Leadership and team supervision abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to develop and design innovative menus
Proficiency in food cost control and inventory management
Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff for performance excellence
Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high-pressure environment
