Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
Advocate certification is an added advantage
5+ years of professional legal experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
Experience handling litigation, legal disputes, and regulatory matters
Proven ability to support corporate governance and policy implementation
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage legal risks across complex manufacturing operations
