Key Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Support front office and reception operations
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues
Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Fluency in English and Swahili is preferred
