MICE CONSULTANT @ KURBAN TOURS
The MICE Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. This role involves everything from initial proposal development and supplier negotiations to the final on-ground delivery of the event. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every project meets the high standards expected by corporate clients and VIP groups while maintaining profitability through strategic costing and negotiation.
Beyond project management, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the company's business growth. This includes leveraging an established network of corporate clients and MICE suppliers to generate new leads and identify partnership opportunities both locally and internationally. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strategic approach to client acquisition to drive the company's expansion in the region.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in MICE operations or sales.
Deep knowledge of UAE destinations, venues, and supplier networks.
Proven track record managing corporate events, incentives, and conferences.
Experience in handling VIP groups and high-profile delegations.
Strong skills in developing proposals and accurate costing.
Exceptional negotiation and client management abilities.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Established network across corporate clients, agencies, and MICE suppliers.
Ability to generate leads and bring new business opportunities.
Strategic approach to client acquisition locally and internationally.
