LODGE MANAGER @ KUONA SERENGETI
Kuona Serengeti is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager to spearhead daily operations at our luxury property in Central Serengeti. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing the lodge team, and ensuring that every guest receives a world-class safari experience. You will oversee all aspects of the lodge, from guest interactions to logistics and supply chain coordination, reporting directly to the Director/Owner.
In addition to daily site management, the role requires meticulous attention to operational and financial health, including budget management and inventory control. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel to Arusha or Dar es Salaam to support organizational requirements. This is an on-site, full-time position dedicated to fostering a culture of sustainability and community engagement while upholding the prestige of the Kuona Serengeti brand.

Key Requirements
5+ years of bush or lodge management experience is essential.
Proven background in luxury lodge or hotel operations.
Strong leadership and effective team-management capabilities.
Exceptional guest service and proactive problem-solving skills.
