komgroupnet is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Kahama. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally engaging with customers, presenting our product line, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities. You will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and supporting our ongoing marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate customer records and generate detailed sales reports to track performance against targets. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Confident, professional, proactive and target-driven mindset.
Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an added advantage.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
Proficiency in maintaining customer databases and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Willingness to represent the company at exhibitions and promotional events.
