As a Sales Officer, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, managing key distribution networks, and ensuring our high-quality rice products maintain strong market presence. You will engage with wholesalers and retailers to expand our reach and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in the FMCG sector.
This role is available in multiple duty stations across Tanzania, including Kahama, Mwanza, Dodoma, Dar es Salaam, and Arusha. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a proactive approach to market intelligence, competitor monitoring, and customer relationship management, contributing directly to our ongoing success and market expansion goals.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills.
Proven negotiation abilities.
Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Ability to analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Proficiency in preparing timely and accurate sales reports.
Competence in managing payments and collections from retailers and wholesalers.
