HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER @ KOM FOOD PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED
KOM Food Products Company Limited is actively seeking an experienced and highly results-driven Human Resources Manager to spearhead the company's HR function. This crucial role will support our expanding agroprocessing and manufacturing operations, focusing on strategic people management and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align directly with the company's overarching objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading comprehensive recruitment processes, managing employee onboarding, overseeing performance management systems, addressing employee relations, and driving talent development initiatives. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with Tanzanian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies, managing compensation and benefits, coordinating payroll, and supporting employee welfare programs. Additionally, the role involves advising management on critical HR matters, contributing to organizational development, maintaining accurate HR records, preparing management reports, and championing a positive workplace culture built on integrity and accountability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a management role within HR.
Proven experience in manufacturing, agroprocessing, FMCG, or a similar industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
Ability to develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures.
