SALES & MARKETING PROFESSIONAL @ KOJEAN
KOJEAN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to expand our brand presence and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives and effective marketing campaigns across various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
The work locations for this position include Mwanza, Arusha, and Mbeya, and we have a strong preference for local candidates residing in these areas. The compensation package is competitive, ranging from 800,000 to 1,000,000 TZS, which includes a basic salary plus commission, performance bonuses, and other incentives. Please note that interviews for all short-listed candidates will be conducted in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing roles.
Candidates must be between the age of 30 and 40 years.
Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
Proven track record of success in negotiation and closing sales deals.
Willingness to work and travel within the regions of Mwanza, Arusha, or Mbeya.
Proficiency in market research and analyzing competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
Competency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
