Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
Significant experience in a senior Human Resources role.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and industrial relations.
Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR policies.
