Kioo Glass is looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is central to the Sales, Marketing, and Export departments, focusing on the preparation of critical reports such as daily sales, order status, and customer movement reports. The successful candidate will ensure that all sales documentation is handled efficiently and that communication between the company and its customers remains seamless. In addition to reporting, the Sales Coordinator will handle proforma invoices, follow up on customer purchase orders, and maintain an accurate database of customer information and pricing.

Key Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail for verifying Point of Sales data.
Experience in managing proforma invoices and customer purchase orders.
Ability to coordinate logistics and transportation of goods with external partners.
Knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and update customer relationships.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
