Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in credit collection or the microfinance industry.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a call center or telephonic collection role.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
High level of integrity, honesty, and professional ethics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Analytical skills to evaluate debtor status and payment history.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and debt resolution.
