SALES EXECUTIVE (1 POST) @ KIJENGE ANIMAL PRODUCTS LTD
KIJENGE ANIMAL PRODUCTS LTD. (KAPL) is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive product promotion and sales growth in Arusha. This full-time role focuses on actively promoting KAPL's diverse range of products to existing and potential customers, with a strong emphasis on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Key duties also include monitoring competitor activities to identify market opportunities and challenges, maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales reports, and actively supporting market expansion initiatives. Experience in FMCG, agro-processing, or the animal feed industry is a significant advantage, alongside strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
2–3 years' sales experience
FMCG, agro-processing, or animal feed industry experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Resident of Arusha is an advantage
Valid driving licence is an advantage
Proven ability to promote products effectively
Track record of growing sales and achieving targets
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Capability to monitor competitors and analyze market trends
