SALES OFFICER @ KFINANCE
kfinance is a growing financial services company seeking a dedicated Sales Officer to join the team in Dodoma. The primary focus of this role is to expand the company's active loan portfolio by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory. You will act as the crucial link between the company and prospective borrowers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and a high-quality customer experience from the initial inquiry through to loan disbursement.
As a Sales Officer, your responsibilities will include conducting extensive field visits, performing detailed loan appraisals, and managing long-term client relationships to encourage retention and referrals. You will be expected to maintain a strong pipeline of applicants, verify documentation in accordance with KYC standards, and submit regular performance reports. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in community environments and is driven to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical lending standards.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, microfinance, loan operations, or customer-facing financial services roles.
Strong sales and target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet performance goals.
Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to build long-term rapport.
Effective communication and persuasion ability to educate clients on loan products.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
Willingness and ability to work extensively in field and community environments.
Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail for financial assessments.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
