As a Human Resource Business Partner at Keewaytz, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the automotive sector. Your responsibilities involve acting as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and serving as a change agent within the organization. You will be instrumental in workforce planning and supporting various business units to ensure optimal productivity and employee satisfaction through strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management programs in Dar es Salaam.
You will ensure full compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and internal company policies while driving organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. By providing strategic advice on compensation, benefits, and retention, you will help Keewaytz attract and maintain top talent. Additionally, you will support training and development programs for both employees and leaders, fostering a continuous learning environment. The role demands strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict resolution and provide guidance on disciplinary actions effectively.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Working experience 2-3 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Experience in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Ability to support and implement performance management programs.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies.
Capacity to drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
