As a Human Resource Business Partner at Keewaytz, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the automotive sector. Your responsibilities involve acting as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and serving as a change agent within the organization. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Working experience 2-3 years in a similar role. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
