BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE @ KAZICONNECT
Kaziconnect is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a leading provider of biometric security solutions in East Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with a diverse range of clients across corporate, government, education, and manufacturing sectors. This role requires a professional who is deeply integrated into the Tanzanian security and low-voltage solutions market. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the company's footprint in the region. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. You will be expected to work independently, manage your time effectively, and leverage your existing network of contacts to achieve sales targets. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience as a Business Development Executive.
Expertise in security, access control, time & attendance, or CCTV solutions.
Specific experience within the low-voltage solutions industry in Tanzania.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.
An existing network of contacts within corporate, government, and education sectors.
Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads.
Proficiency in communication and negotiation to close business deals.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
