SENIOR WAREHOUSE MANAGER - FGMC @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
KaziBora HR Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Warehouse Manager to join a leading FMCG and beverage company in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch for a wide range of beverages such as soft drinks, juices, and energy drinks. You will ensure that all operations are handled with efficiency, maintaining high standards of safety and food hygiene.
In this senior-level role, you will lead a team to optimize throughput and distribution, manage stock reconciliation processes, and report directly to executive leadership. You will be expected to utilize advanced inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize waste while streamlining distribution workflows to support the company's growth in the competitive beverage market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
5–7 years of senior-level warehouse management experience.
Demonstrated expertise in FMCG or Food & Beverage environments.
Mastery of inventory control methodologies including FIFO and FEFO.
Proficiency in ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and optimize warehouse staff productivity.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to improve efficiency.
Advanced knowledge of warehouse health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills for reporting to executive leadership.
Proven track record of cost reduction and equipment maintenance management.
