This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and sell a range of lubricant products to industrial and commercial clients. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, conducting product presentations, and driving sales growth. This position offers a chance to work with leading lubricant brands and build strong client relationships in a key market.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in the lubricants or oil and gas industry
Strong technical understanding of lubricant products and their applications
Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong market analysis skills to identify new business opportunities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
