TECHNICAL ENGINEER – BEVERAGE INDUSTRY @ KAZIBORA.CO.TZ
The Technical Engineer for the Beverage Industry will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized machinery used in beverage production. This role demands a high level of technical expertise to ensure that production lines run efficiently and meet quality standards. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical or electrical failures and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring downtime.
Beyond reactive repairs, you will develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of factory equipment. Safety is a top priority, and you will ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and health standards. You will work closely with production managers to optimize plant performance and may be involved in the commissioning of new machinery as the facility expands.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in the beverage or bottling industry.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.
Experience with filling, capping, and labeling machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a technical team.
Project management skills for installation and upgrades.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in maintenance management software.
