SALES ADMINISTRATOR @ KAPARAMA PROFESSIONAL RECRUITERS LTD
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in Tanzania. Your primary responsibilities will include processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will act as a bridge between the sales department and customers, ensuring that all queries are handled promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
In addition to administrative tasks, you will assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance metrics to help the team optimize their strategies. Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Experience working with CRM databases and sales software.
Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Fluency in both English and Swahili is required.
