Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a senior leadership role
Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategic business plans
Exceptional leadership and people management skills for diverse teams
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
In-depth knowledge of general business operations and industry trends
Superior decision-making and problem-solving abilities in complex situations
Outstanding communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills
Ability to drive organizational growth, efficiency, and cultural excellence
Extensive experience in stakeholder management and corporate governance
