Your role will involve researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and initiating contact to pitch our services. You will work closely with the executive team to refine our business model and explore untapped market segments. This position requires a high-level networker who can build rapport with C-suite executives and represent the company at industry events. Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales management.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies.
Strong network of professional contacts within the Tanzanian business community.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills at an executive level.
Ability to analyze financial data and market statistics.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Proficiency in business English and local languages.
