CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP) @ KANNAN
Our facility in Qatar is urgently hiring a Chef De Partie (CDP) to lead specific sections of our kitchen. We are specifically looking for professionals with a strong background in preparing high-quality burgers, sandwiches, and pasta. The role involves managing section prep, supervising junior cooks, and ensuring that all dishes meet our strict quality guidelines. The salary for this position is set between 1500 QAR and 2500 QAR per month, adjusted based on the candidate's previous experience and technical skills.

Key Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in a Chef De Partie role.
Demonstrated skill in burger assembly and pasta sauce preparation.
Ability to handle a high volume of orders during 12-hour shifts.
Must be a national of India (South), Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kenya, or Bhutan.
Valid passport and eligibility for a Qatar work visa.
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients.
Capability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
Access to a stable internet connection for Google Meet interviews.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods in a hot kitchen.
Commitment to maintaining sanitation and organization in the kitchen.
