RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR & GROUP CEO @ KAMAKA COMPANY LIMITED
Kamaka Company Limited is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Group CEO. This dual role requires a proactive individual who can manage the front office while handling complex secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a professional image is maintained at all times while managing sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities include coordinating intricate schedules, managing travel logistics, and facilitating communication between the executive office and various stakeholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing high-level reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the administrative functions. This position is based in Dar es Salaam and demands a candidate capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or Office Management
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong English & Swahili communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Smart and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in managing front office and reception operations
Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
