FIELD SALES MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS @ KAMAKA COMPANY LIMITED
KAMAKA Company Limited is seeking a highly energetic and target-driven Field Sales Manager to manage and develop project sales for our comprehensive construction material solutions. This role is strictly field-based, requiring consistent travel to construction sites and professional offices rather than working from a desk. As a Field Sales Manager, you will represent our brand as a primary contact for architects, contractors, and project developers across the region.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from initial project design stages through to procurement and final delivery. This involves obtaining Bills of Quantities (BOQs), negotiating high-value orders, and managing a dedicated sales team. Your success in this role will contribute to positioning KAMAKA as the leading one-stop solution for diverse construction needs, including structural steel, roofing, plumbing, and interior finishing materials.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction material or project sales experience
Extensive professional network with contractors, developers, architects, and engineering consultants
Proven expertise in conducting frequent construction site visits and project development
In-depth understanding of BOQs and the various stages of the construction lifecycle
Strong knowledge of the local Tanzanian construction market landscape
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and close high-value project sales
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal negotiation skills
Fluency in both English and Swahili (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and quotation preparation
Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively for field operations
