NORTHERN ZONE MANAGER @ JUMLA AFRICA
Jumla Africa is seeking a Northern Zone Manager to oversee sales, distribution, and business operations for agricultural inputs including seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, tractors, and related products. This role is central to driving growth within the Northern Zone by developing and implementing robust sales strategies that align with company objectives.
The successful candidate will lead zonal sales and operations teams, ensuring strict compliance with financial, audit, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers and distributors, managing product distribution efficiency, and preparing detailed monthly reports on sales performance and operational status. Extensive travel across the zone will be necessary to achieve regional targets.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in agricultural input sales.
Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Zone.
Experience in managing distribution networks for seeds and tractors.
Proficiency in preparing technical monthly sales and operations reports.
Ability to ensure compliance with financial and audit regulatory standards.
