We are expanding our presence in Arusha and are in search of three experienced Unit Managers to join our Agency Department. This role is designed for individuals who possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the insurance industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales lifecycle, from agent recruitment to policy issuance and client servicing in the Arusha region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Deep understanding of the life insurance market in Tanzania.
Strategic planning and analytical skills.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
