UNIT MANAGER - (3) POSITIONS @ JUBILEE LIFE INSURANCE
Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for dynamic Unit Managers to head our agency operations in Mwanza. The successful candidates will be tasked with the creation and management of a robust sales force focused on delivering life insurance solutions to the local community. You will play a pivotal role in market penetration and brand representation within the Mwanza region.
In this position, you will be expected to conduct regular training sessions for agents, monitor daily sales activities, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. By fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, you will help the agency reach its regional objectives and contribute to the overall success of Jubilee Life Insurance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Deep understanding of the life insurance market in Tanzania.
Strategic planning and analytical skills.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
