Jubilee Health Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager – Corporate to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to nurture and strengthen relationships with corporate clients while driving business retention strategies. Reporting to the Head of Business Retention, the successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring service excellence through proactive engagement and data-driven insights. This role is fundamental to the company's growth by maintaining a loyal client base and ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards. The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate entities, managing their needs and expectations effectively.

This position involves managing corporate portfolios following established governance procedures and providing accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to the continuous improvement of retention performance systems and share valuable client feedback during team reviews to shape future strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to foster long-term partnerships and uphold the company's high professional standards. Key tasks include supporting the implementation of business retention strategies and demonstrating accountability in all assigned tasks to promote best practices in data handling and compliance within the Tanzanian insurance sector.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or client retention roles. Professional certification in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service. Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for managing client interactions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data analytics tools for performance reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry. Ability to manage and strengthen corporate client relationships following strict governance procedures. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities for both internal and external reporting. High ethical standards and professionalism, particularly regarding data protection and compliance. Membership in professional bodies such as the Marketing Society of Tanzania is considered an advantage. Ability to support process improvement initiatives and adapt to changing industry regulations.
