MARKETING AGRONOMIST (3 POSITIONS) @ JUBAILI AGROTEC
Jubaili Agrotec is looking to hire three Marketing Agronomists to join their team in Dar es Salaam. This role focuses on bridging the gap between technical agricultural science and commercial marketing efforts. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting the company's agricultural products, providing technical support to farmers, and conducting field trials to demonstrate product efficacy. Key Requirements
Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Proven knowledge of crop production techniques and soil management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training and demonstrations.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities within the agricultural sector.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel frequently to various field locations within Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas.
Ability to provide technical advice on pest control, fertilizers, and irrigation systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by farmers in the field.
Fluency in Swahili and English is essential for effective communication.
