Jubaili Agrotec Ltd is a leading and rapidly expanding agribusiness organization specializing in seeds, agro-inputs, livestock, and crop solutions. As we continue to grow our presence in the Tanzanian market, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor specialized in Veterinary products to join our dynamic team in Mwanza. This role is crucial for overseeing our sales operations in the region and ensuring that our livestock solutions reach the farmers and distributors who need them most to improve agricultural productivity.

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a dedicated sales team, developing regional market strategies, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and dealers. You will provide essential market intelligence and competitor analysis to help the company maintain its competitive edge. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in agribusiness to take on a leadership role and contribute significantly to the development of the livestock sector in Tanzania while working within a supportive and growth-focused corporate environment.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably focusing on veterinary products or animal health. Experience in agribusiness or agricultural input sales is considered a significant advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and support a sales team to achieve targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with distributors and dealers. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address market challenges. Ability to work independently under high pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the existing customer base. Capability to monitor sales performance and prepare regular, detailed sales reports for management. A proactive approach to providing market intelligence and competitor analysis.
