Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably focusing on veterinary products or animal health.
Experience in agribusiness or agricultural input sales is considered a significant advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and support a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with distributors and dealers.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address market challenges.
Ability to work independently under high pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the existing customer base.
Capability to monitor sales performance and prepare regular, detailed sales reports for management.
