SALES SUPERVISOR (VETERINARY) @ JUBAILI AGROTEC LTD
Jubaili Agrotec Ltd is a dynamic and growing agribusiness company involved in seeds, agro-inputs, livestock, and crop solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor with a focus on Veterinary products to join our regional team in Mwanza. The role involves leading and supporting the sales team to achieve set targets while developing and implementing strategies to grow market share.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers. You will monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to help the company maintain its competitive edge. This position requires a proactive individual capable of delivering excellent customer service and after-sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably focusing on veterinary products.
Experience in agribusiness or agricultural input sales is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage a sales team.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address market challenges.
Ability to work independently under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with distributors and dealers.
Competency in monitoring sales performance and preparing detailed periodic reports.
