Key Requirements
JD from an accredited law school.
Junior to mid-level legal experience.
Specific background in Venture Capital law.
Experience working with emerging companies.
Strong skills in M&A transaction management.
Excellent legal research and drafting abilities.
Active Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
