Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry
Proven experience in NGO or conference management
Direct experience working in Zanzibar hotels
Experience within Mainland Tanzania hotel operations
Strong understanding of the Iringa regional market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to manage promotional budgets effectively
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
