As a supervisor specializing in sanitary wares and hardware, you will oversee product distribution, sales strategies, and client relationships across specified regions. Our product portfolio includes premium jacuzzis, sinks, toilets, wash basins, bidets, and urinals. You will be expected to maintain high service standards and drive sales performance in high-volume retail environments.
This role involves deep engagement with large hardware and sanitary ware shops. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, ensuring product availability, and providing technical support to our business partners. Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales for large hardware or sanitary ware shops
Fluency in both English and Kiswahili
Deep technical understanding of sanitary ware products
Proven ability to manage and lead sales teams
Strong organizational and territory management skills
Willingness to travel and work in Dodoma, Mbeya, or Dar es Salaam
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and forecasting
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on business development
