John Gwaza is currently seeking two dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in Mwanza. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the sales and distribution of our food products, focusing on building strong relationships with both wholesalers and retailers. Candidates will be expected to leverage their market knowledge to identify new opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to expand our footprint in the region. The ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of two years of experience specifically within the food industry. Proficiency in English and Kiswahili is essential for persuasive communication. You will be tasked with meeting specific sales targets and managing interactions with various stakeholders. Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in Sales of FOOD PRODUCTS for not less than two years.
Good knowledge at understanding the market sources including wholesalers and retailers.
Clear understanding of sales strategies and implementation.
Ability to conduct professional sales interactions and client meetings.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to speak and convincingly communicate in English.
Ability to speak and persuasively communicate in Kiswahili.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
Ability to travel within the Mwanza region to meet with clients.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent reporting and analytical skills regarding market trends.
