BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD @ JESICCA RAMOS
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive growth in the Netherlands, Italy, Vietnam, Egypt, or Argentina. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand our footprint in global technology and finance markets. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 – $150,000 USD equivalent. This is a high-visibility position that requires a proactive professional with a passion for networking and growth strategy.
You will be supported by an international team and have access to a $5,000 annual professional development budget to further your skills. The package includes local health plans, performance-based bonuses, and a minimum of 25 paid vacation days. Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development or sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fluent English skills; local language skills are highly beneficial
Authorized to work in the Netherlands or other listed regions
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed growth targets
Experience in the technology or finance sectors preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid capacity
Proficiency in CRM software and presentation tools
Excellent strategic thinking and market analysis skills
