As Chief Gardener, you will oversee all aspects of landscape design, plant care, irrigation, and groundskeeping. You will lead a team of gardeners, implementing best practices in horticulture to ensure our outdoor spaces consistently reflect the luxurious standards of Jaz Elite Aurora, creating a stunning backdrop for our guest's experience.
As Chief Gardener, you will oversee all aspects of landscape design, plant care, irrigation, and groundskeeping. Key Requirements
Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in professional gardening or horticulture management.
Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping design principles, and efficient irrigation systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team supervision and coordination.
Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain attractive and sustainable garden spaces.
Extensive experience with various gardening tools, machinery, and equipment operation.
In-depth knowledge of pest control, plant disease management, and environmental best practices.
Commitment to maintaining the highest aesthetic standards for the hotel grounds and outdoor areas.
Physical stamina and the ability to work effectively outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
