Jaz Elite Aurora Hotel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen brigade. Key Requirements
Relevant culinary qualification or degree
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for quality food and guest satisfaction
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities to manage kitchen staff
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines
Strong understanding of food cost control and inventory management
