RECREATION SUPERVISOR @ JAZ ADONIA
We are hiring a Recreation Supervisor to assist in the day-to-day management of recreational activities at JAZ Adonia. You will support the Recreation Manager by supervising frontline staff, ensuring that all guest activities are executed according to hotel standards, and addressing any immediate concerns from guests or team members.
You will act as a bridge between the management and operational teams, monitoring staff performance and safety compliance. Your role is vital in maintaining the high quality of guest engagement at our Zanzibar property, ensuring that every interaction reflects the premium service expected at our resort.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
