JAZ Adonia is seeking dedicated Gardeners to maintain the pristine condition of our resort gardens. You will be responsible for weeding, pruning, planting, and watering various plant species as directed by the Garden Supervisor. Our gardening team is dedicated to environmental stewardship and ensuring that our guests enjoy a beautiful tropical landscape. You will work as part of a team, performing manual labor in outdoor conditions to keep pathways clear, flowerbeds vibrant, and lawns healthy. Your contribution helps create the relaxing atmosphere that defines our resort experience.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in garden maintenance
Basic knowledge of plant care and pruning
Ability to use various gardening tools safely
Strong physical fitness for manual labor
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of sustainable gardening practices
Punctuality and reliability
Willingness to learn new techniques
