JAZ Adonia is looking for a skilled Chief Gardener to lead our landscaping team in maintaining the lush green environments of our resort. This role involves overseeing all horticultural activities, managing the gardening team, and ensuring the aesthetic appeal of our grounds remains at the highest standard. Candidates will be responsible for planning planting schedules, managing resources, and ensuring the health of all plant life on the property. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, relaxing spaces for our guests, and the Chief Gardener is instrumental in this mission. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure the grounds are always guest-ready and well-manicured.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in professional gardening or landscaping
Strong leadership skills for team supervision
Knowledge of local flora and pest management
Proficiency in landscape design principles
Ability to manage garden budgets and supplies
Strong communication skills
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Attention to detail
Experience in irrigation systems
Valid certification in horticulture is preferred
