Jasiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Entrepreneur Headhunter to join the Jasiri Talent Investor Program on a short-term consultancy basis in Kenya. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier entrepreneurial talent capable of building high-growth ventures from scratch. You will play a crucial role in scouting individuals who are not only skilled but also committed to attacking poverty and creating ethical businesses that drive significant economic impact in the region.

You will manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from initial outreach to talent engagement, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the Jasiri Talent Investor Program. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in executive search or headhunting specifically for entrepreneurial roles.
Proven track record of identifying and engaging high-potential talent in the African market.
Deep understanding of the venture building ecosystem and what makes a successful founder.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to pitch the Jasiri mission to prospects.
Ability to work independently as a short-term consultant with high delivery standards.
Strong networking skills to leverage various talent pools and professional platforms.
Experience in talent assessment and screening for both cultural and mission alignment.
Proficiency in using digital recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
A deep-seated passion for social impact, poverty alleviation, and ethical business.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate the potential of early-stage talent.
