As an essential part of the sales department, you will manage both incoming and outgoing sales communication, ensuring that all client orders are processed with high efficiency and accuracy. Your ability to engage with B2B clients and provide exceptional service will be the key to your success in this competitive market. In addition to securing new business, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing client relationships through proactive upselling and cross-selling strategies. You must be driven by sales targets and have a keen eye for detail when managing client accounts and sales pipelines.
